It is often said ... "There is nothing YOU can do to get saved!"
... and ofcourse you can't do anything to earn salvation,
... but ...
Did you know that you had to do something to receive salvation …?
… and what you had to do to receive salvation ...
... is also the foundation of your new life and blessings!

What is it that you had to do to receive salvation?
… You gave! …
... You gave your life to Jesus …
... and He made it brand new!

In other words ...
... you had to respond to God ...
... you had to respond to Love!
And what does Love do ...?
... Love gives!!!

And that is the foundation to your new life,
… it is also the way that you receive all of God's blessings …
… By giving! …

In fact, God even says to us ...
... let Me prove to you that ... giving is the foundation to blessings …

Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts,
if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing,
that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

Jesus, in describing what the kingdom of heaven is like,

What value does God and His kingdom have in your life?

1. The Bible like a bank, is most helpful when it is open.

2. Instead of putting others in their place, put yourself in their place.

3. God never sends a burden to weigh us down, without offering His arm to lift us up.
