God has a wonderful plan for mankind … Man … with whom God intends to have a relationship for eternity. Man … with whom God intends to have fellowship for eternity. Man ... the object of God’s love … for all eternity! In Ephesians we read this summary of God’s plan. … just as He (God) chose us in Him (Jesus) before the foundation of the world, (before creation) that we should be holy and without blame before Him (just like Him) in love, (so that He can shower His goodness on us for eternity) ... ---

If we are going to live in the fullness of God’s plan We need to, ... know what God planned for our lives. We need to, ... know what God put into our lives. We need to, ... know how to tap into God’s power! But, how can we make the connection to God’s plan and God’s power? By finding out and using, ... what God put in us! What is it that makes man’s creation special? And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion ... over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth |

There are three
elements in creation or in man’s life that … (the expression of … who God is) The position of man or reality of God in man … … (the manifestation of … what God is) The power of God in man … to live that abundant life, ... (the manifestation of God Himself) |

God
created everything that we
can see … and saw that it was GOOD! And God said, Let us make
man in our image, What
God set about to do was
totally different to the rest of creation … And God blessed them, and
God said unto them, What
does it mean … to be
created above everything else?
… just like God … in His image and likeness? In what way, and why did God make man different and special?
And God said, Let
us make man in our image, after our likeness: In Our Image (tselem) shade, illusion, resemblance Having God’s characteristics, … having God’s inner image … The
ability to be perfect knowledge, righteousness & holiness!
Man is to be in this earth, in
creation … all that God is! … and with our fellowmen. After Our Likeness (demuwth) ... model, shape, like
You have made him to have dominion
When you think of man … in God's image and likeness ... You must think of Who God is, His character and all His attributes … in creation, in Man.
What
is man that You are mindful of him, What
is man that he is
so special to God?
Unlike
the
angels or other created beings, Of the earth! - Authority on the earth…! God
made man of the
earth … Example … Why would he obey the Sergeant?
Because he is of the Police Force, he is also a policeman! Simple,
practical, natural! Of the Spirit! - Authority in the spirit…! God breathed His Spirit into man … … thus giving man authority in the spiritual realm! Giving man authority over satan and his demonic host! |
A special being … created on earth in the God class … Not an alien being on earth … without position and authority … … Not an alien being in heaven … without position and authority … Remember … To have authority on earth … you have to be of the earth! To have authority in the spirit realm … you have to be spirit! … and man is the only being that qualifies for that! Remember also … The
devil has no birth certificate … Therefore the devil has no real authority … anywhere!
God created man special …
And
it is these three elements
in creation or in man’s life, The inner Image or character of God
in man … All
of which is founded or
flows from, who God really is … … wherever there is a need, That’s God’s character! Unless we understand and do that, … we will not understand or know God!
How
are we able to do
that?
SALT
- what is it that salt should be doing?
Flavor … Do you taste like God – to others? If you don’t who will show others what God is like? John 4:20 Preserve … What are you doing to keep this earth together? John 14:12, Mark 16:17 Heal … What are you doing to make sure things are right? Mark 16:18 Strengthen … Are you a strength to those around you? 1 John 3:16-18 Prepare … Are you preparing those around you to receive Jesus? Are you showing the world, Jesus? Mark 16:15, Matt. 28:18-20
Being
salty means living out what
God put inside of us …
If
you lack anything, God says, But … What are you doing with God’s grace, ... with His love, in you?
God’s plan for our lives and His ability in us is REAL … And
we have known and believed the love that God has for us. How
can I abide in His love,
and express what He put in me? as
His divine power has given to us But
the choice of stepping
into, and the resultant manifestation of, I call heaven and earth to
record this day against you, It
is up to me to take
hold of and use,
Get
close to God so you can get
to know Him … personally,

Since
being introduced to Covenant Ministries,
and to the Covenant Disciples Bible Courses, I have learn that God created us special. This has helped me to build a strong relationship with God. A real relationship. An intimate relationship! This contact and influence of the Covenant Ministries teachings, has not only helped me build a relationship with God, but I also now have a good relationship with my family, with the members of my church, as well as with fellow pastors and other ministers. Through this ministry I have also learnt to live life with God, to live a real natural life with God, and the result has been, that I am now living a victorious life! With the result that things have changed, not only in my, but my church is increasing, and the Word is becoming a live in me and my congregation . |
My
vision is to teach the word of God with simplicity.
I will like to let other people have this and experience a real relationship with God. I will like to equip and train others so they can live victorious lives and build a true relationship with God. That is all my heart wants to do. To see other equipped and to see them live victorious lives.
