EXPRESSING  ...  WHAT IS  ...  IN YOU!

By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.
--- John 15:8

Yes, as Jesus said,
… God is glorified through the fruit we bear!

But what does that really mean and how do we do that?

Is it in what we say of Him?
Is it in what we do for Him?
Is it by expressing what He is in us?

What is this fruit, and how do we bear it?


Fruit is the result of something!

Fruit is the result of something,
… and not just, as we so often think,
doing or accomplishing something!

Far too often we concentrate on the fruit,
… in other words, on what we can do!
And forget that, unless the source is good,
… the fruit will not be good!
Not from the outside …

Furthermore, a fruit tree is not planted where the need is,
A tree is not planted at the market,
But …
A tree is planted where it can grow and develop.
And,
if a tree is not planted in good soil, with adequate water,
… there will be no fruit,
… or tasteless, underdeveloped fruit!

As our work amongst the street children increases,
so also is our involvement in the local communities,
and ...
... not only have we started our own Nursery School at the
Covenant Village Centre in Livayo near Kitale, Kenya, but we
are also getting involved at all levels of schooling and education!

Adult Education and Training

The community outreach is not only an integral part
of our ministry and Street Children projects in Africa,
... but is in fact, an ...
essential part of impacting local communities at its roots.

The reality is that,
unless the whole community becomes involved,
and becomes a major force in the rehabilitation of
the family unit and structure, no project,
however well run or funded, will truly succeed!

 So, as part of our investment in local communities,
we offer ... Life Skills projects aimed at every level and in every  community activity, from Nursery School to Adult Education!

In one of Pastor Bensons classes, teaching the 3 R's
Reading, wRiting and aRithmetic!
    for those who never had an opportunity to attend school!

And, we are proud to report that our oldest student,
Mama Mudenyo, herself well over 60 years old,
is learning to read and progressing very well!

TAKE THIS ... OPPORTUNITY!

... to become involved, and sow into the lives of street Children
and needy communities ... all over the world!

Behold, a sower went out to sow.
And it happened, as he sowed, that some seed fell by the wayside
Some fell on stony ground … And some seed fell among thorns …
But other seed fell on good ground and yielded a crop that sprang up,
increased & produced: some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred.
